    • Conducts surveys of program office customers to understand satisfaction and issues with human capital offices services
    • Analyzes human capital data from OPM’s FedScope, agency sources, Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS) data and other sources
    • Examines published policies and processes
    • Reviews workforce management and planning
    • Analyzes findings against best practices
